Alex here. Registered dietitian nutritionist, certified health and life coach, recipe developer, architecture and design enthusiast & animal snuggler. I’m a strong believer in healthy eating without any hassle and without compromising amazing flavors, irrelevant of the type of diet you follow.
I’ve always been fascinated by food and preparing food from scratch. In my teen years I started researching on the nutritious properties found in food and how they impact our life. It followed only naturally that I decided, after graduating high school, to continue my university studies in the field of Global Nutrition and Health.
During the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with incredible patients friends and I’ve been able to develop amazing recipes, while also taking into consideration their health conditions, food intolerances and preferences.
And now I’m here to share these recipes and many more with you and the world! They’re easy, fast, fun to make, and most importantly, healthy!
Many of the ingredients I use are every-day ingredients, and I also try to get the most out of fresh, seasonal products. Most of my recipes are vegan, vegetarian, or developed for specific types of diets, such as lactose-free, gluten-free, or diabetes-friendly recipes.
When not involved in food-related activities, you can find me admiring buildings from around the world, working out, chasing my cats & forcibly hugging them, gaming, and laughing. A lot.
